When you’re an oral health specialist, many of your patients might only hear about you through recommendations from their general dentists. Therefore, marketing your practice may be different than marketing for general dental practices.
In this week’s Client Feature Friday, we a look at Dr. Joseph Everett’s new website for his High Plains Periodontics and Implant Dentistry practice in Lubbock, Texas.
As a periodontist, Dr. Everett specializes in a number of complex oral health procedures, from periodontal care and orthodontic assistance to oral surgery, bone grafting, tissue grafting, dental implant placement, and more. He and his staff are dedicated to providing minimally-invasive treatment, which is an important concept to promote when building their website and online presence.
Since the beginning of Dr. Everett’s project, we’ve collaborated closely with him and his staff to ensure that we accurately reflected their philosophy in the design and content of the website. It was also important to ensure that the site spoke as much to general dentists as to the potential patients that they might refer.
Still, Dr. Everett’s beautiful new site is only the beginning of his comprehensive online marketing campaign. In addition to organizing his social media profiles to make sure they reflect the new site, we have also begun posting optimized blogs to the site every day of the week. The stream of custom blogs helps create and maintain a pool of original content – one of Google’s favorite elements when analyzing a website.
