As usual, our team of designers, builders, and writers all worked together to bring A New Smile online. We helped our current client completely redesign the practice’s website, which serves three different locations. When should you consider redesigning your dental website?

Debuting A New Smile

We started working with the team at A New Smile last year. After transferring the site to us, we did a rewrite and SEO checkup. We then started blogging 20 times a month between their three locations. The client was very happy with the results and decided it was time to take things a step further. We redesigned their website, adding an updated look and an improved user experience design. Working with our client, we created a website that everyone involved can feel proud of.

When Is It Time to Redesign Your Website?

Things move quickly online. What was once a new feature can become outdated in a short amount of time. Remember when flash and autoplay videos were considered must haves? Now few things could annoy people and drive them from your website faster. We typically recommend a redesign, or major update every three years. We might also suggest a redesign if you’re feeling bored with your current design, or if a lot has changed at your practice. When the time comes, there are a number of design features you should consider incorporating, such as:

  • Responsive design
  • Large background images for the front page
  • Longer, scrolling design
  • Top, horizontal navigation
