So, having a steady stream of positive reviews coming in (even one per week) is very valuable. However, because there is some present controversy with Yelp, there’s a good chance the positive reviews you garner on that platform won’t show up, so we recommend that you focus your efforts on Google reviews. - Use images of your business/staff: Don’t rely solely on stock images. Instead, let people see what your business actually looks like. - Provide useful content: Your website copy serves a purpose: to inform. Share information about your services, but also address common questions that your patients/clients often pose. In addition to your website copy, consider incorporating a blog so you can provide a steady stream of up-to-date, useful content.
- Speak to your audience: This may sound silly, but use the word “you” often in your blog and copy. Why? Simply put, you’re talking directly to your audience. By addressing them in this manner, you don’t sound distant or overly clinical. However, try not to be too colloquial. It’s important to still appear professional and knowledgeable.
