Need Reviews? We Can Help!

Are you lacking reviews? If you only have a couple of testimonials form patients, then you should try and encourage more. A dentist needs reviews to show potential leads that they’re worth visiting. Otherwise, a person may be more likely to choose a different practice in your community. If you need tips on encouraging good reviews, we can help!

Reputation Management and SEO

Not only do potential patients look at your reviews, but Google does as well! Sites that have none, or primarily negative ones, may not enjoy high rankings. After all, Google’s bots must assume that the company doesn’t provide a good experience for people. You need to have clients’ posting experiences on your Google My Business page and Facebook pages, to help rankings and to show people searching for a dentist in your community that you’re scheduling an appointment with!

Just Ask!

We’ve often found that clients can have surprising success by just asking their patients. After a visit, as patients are checking out or scheduling a follow up, why not simply ask them to leave their thoughts on their experiences at your office? You may be surprised at how accommodating your patients can be.

Have a Cup of Coffee on Us

As a fun motivator, we’ve also had success with our “Have a Cup of Coffee on Us” campaign. We provide you with a sign you can place in your waiting area or at the front desk. The signs let patients now that in exchange for a review, they can receive a five dollar gift card to Starbucks. Other offices have offered entrance into a drawing in exchange for a review, but we’ve fund that people prefer a smaller, but immediate reward, to a larger (but not guaranteed) one.

Stay Positive!

What happens if someone leaves a less-than-kind review? Stay positive! You should respond, and invite them to contact you to resolve the issue. While people rarely take dentists up on this offer, it makes them appear calm, collected, and mature.
