Remind Your Patients About Their Benefits

October is almost over, which means we only have a couple more months in 2017. 2018 will be here before you know it, which means patients must use their 2017 benefits soon before time runs out. As a dentist, this is a great topic for a blog or social media post. You can remind your patients about their benefits and hopefully, they’ll take time to make an appointment!

Urge Patients to Use Them Before They Lose Them

Remind your patients that these are benefits that have paid for, and benefits that will expire when the year ends. You can encourage new patients to undergo preventive care and exams, or discuss further treatment for patients that have a treatment plan already in progress. There is no need for these benefits to simply expire, so raise start a conversation.

Blogging and Social Media

First, blog about the topic! You can write one discussing why they should see you before 2018 begins. You can then share the completed blog on social media. Likewise, you can create a social media post just about this topic. If you need help with this, let us know! Not only do we have copywriters on staff to write posts, we also have graphic designers to help create infographics or images. You can then share this original and custom-made content on your website, blog, or on your social media pages.

Promotions and Specials

You can also start a promotion or special. The holiday season is right around the corner, so you could discuss cosmetic care, tooth replacement, or other treatment option to help patients enjoy improved oral health. Remind them that as we draw closer to the end of the year, appointments will be filling up, so they should act soon. If you have any questions about running a promotion, or about creating a post or blog, then please let us know. Remember, MDPM Consulting is here to help!
