Still have a non-responsive website?

mobilewebsiteIf you follow along with this blog, you’ll notice that we’ve been focusing on the importance of having a mobile-friendly, responsive website recently. Why? Because Google is changing its algorithm and, as a result, non-responsive websites will be penalized.

You can read more about this update here. You can read what it means to have a responsive, mobile-friendly website here.

And here’s the most recent article about this update from Search Engine Journal: Google search ranking shakeups may be linked to mobile algorithm update

So, what now?

Over the past few months, we’ve been working with our existing clients to rebuild their non-responsive websites to make sure that they’re protected when this algorithm change launches. At the very minimum, we need to rebuild your site on a mobile-friendly format, but redesigning your site is also an option if you’re interested.

What’s the rush?

Google has been sending mass notifications to webmasters who have websites that are not mobile friendly. With the recent rankings shakeup, all signs point to an algorithm update in the very near future.

We want to make sure that our clients are protected and — to put it simply — we can’t guarantee the ongoing success of your SEO efforts without this responsive rebuild. We’re your eyes and ears for all things SEO, and we want to make sure your web presence remains as successful and highly visible as possible.

Want to know more, or are you ready to update your website to comply with the current industry standards? Shoot us an email at [email protected], or give Jill a call at (972) 781-8861. If your website is still non-responsive, be on the lookout for a phone call from Jill or Paul sometime this week to discuss this further.
